Join our membership plan to maintain your oral health without the burden of insurance! The plan includes:
2 yearly exams
2 prophys or periodontal maintenance
Free x-rays
2 Fluoride treatments
1 limited exam
20% off all additional treatment, excluding dental implant packages
Adults: $45 per month
Children: $25 per month (ages: 0-13)
